1. TUV certified single inflatable water park items

Our standard single water park items are all TUV certified against EN ISO25649. This means each item complies with or exceed the requirements of the standard. The TUV certificate is also helpful for you to buy insurance and handle customs clearance.

2. Custom material for inflatable water park

In order to improve our inflatable water park life span, we use custom material which is Anti-uv and heat resistant. The fabric density is also higher than typical material in the market.

3. Workmanship details

Besides above main strengths, we have been improving our inflatable water park workmanship details continuously. Here are some details which may show our quality level.

Professional Machine
For air tight inflatables, we use professional heat sealing machine to build.

Full-Automatic Cutting Machine

We are the first inflatables manufacturer to use full-Automatic Cutting machine. Unlike the traditional ones, it does not require the long table to run the machine, and the cutting length is not restricted to the table any more. No matter your product is 50 meters or 100 meters long, it can be cutted more precisely.

Meanwhile, our machine makes the material cutting and sewing absolutely straight, so that we can complete more accurate and beautiful high-quality inflatable products in a shorter time.

Digital Printing
With a team of artwork designers and imported quality printing machine, we can make your inflatables more attractive. After the printing is done, our workers will make protective coating on the surface of printing.

4. Double Connection System

GRWaterPark originally designed double connection systems make the park can withstand 55mph wind if it’s anchored correctly. It has eyelets at top and D rings at bottom as shown in below pictures.
